Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) cold Milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) apricot halves* drained
  • 4 large ice cubes

Preparation

Place milk, yogurt, apricots and ice cubes in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.

Tips

* Or you can use canned peaches, pineapple or mandarin oranges instead of apricots.
