Lemony Ginger Milk-and-Honey Tea

  • 3 cups (750 mL) Milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh ginger sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60) fresh lime leaves or rind of a lime cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemongrass sliced
  • Honey


In a medium saucepan, bring milk and other three ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour tea into cups using a tea strainer. Serve with honey to taste.
