1 package of sliced watermelon
3 tbsp (45 mL) yogurt
½ - ¾ cup (125-180 mL) mixed fruit
- Arrange pieces of watermelon in a circle on a plate.
- Spread ½ tablespoon of yogurt onto each piece of watermelon.
- Decorate slices with fruit toppings.
Be creative with your toppings. Try almonds, herbs or Canadian Feta Cheese.
Using a whole watermelon? Make a 1-inch thick slice and then cut into six triangles.
