Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Sweet Potato Cooked and Chilled
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Flax Seeds Ground
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) Vanilla Extract
