Andrew says: "proAction® is really a program that encompasses our entire farm and tries to give both consumers, processors, retailers and us as farmers that quality assurance that what we're doing is the right thing. And that impacts things like milk quality, animal care, traceability, the environment around us, biosecurity, a whole host of different things to try to make sure that when we have that glass of milk that a consumer is drinking, they can be assured that it followed all of those protocols."
