Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) sliced strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) 35 % cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Milk
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) strawberry yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) strawberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chocolate grated

Preparation

In blender or food processor, purée strawberries, banana, vanilla and sugar. Add cream, milk, yogurt and ice; blend until smooth and slightly thickened.

Pour into glasses and drizzle with strawberry sauce. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.
