  • 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen cranberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) honey
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) flax seeds or wheat germ (optional)
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) green sugar crystals (for decorating cookies)
  • 2 Maraschino cherries

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.
