- 1/3 cup (80 mL) chocolate liqueur or coffee liqueur
- 2 cups (500 mL) chocolate ice cream or coffee ice cream
- Grated chocolate

Combine milk and chocolate liqueur in blender container. Spoon ice cream into container. Cover and blend at high speed until smoothly combined. Pour into chilled stemmed glasses, garnish with grated chocolate and serve with straws for sipping.
