This is the Fabulous Feta Salad recipe.

- 1 cup (250 mL) canned red kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh tomatoes diced
- 1 cup (250 mL) green pepper diced
- 1 cup (250 mL) Canadian Feta cheese diced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice or wine vinegar
