- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen cranberries
- 1 banana
- 2-3 tsp (10-15 mL) honey
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) flax seeds or wheat germ (optional)
- 1 tsp (5 mL) green sugar crystals (for decorating cookies)
- 2 Maraschino cherries
