- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) chocolate syrup
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) berries, fresh or frozen
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) fruit, fresh or canned

Basic Milkshake Steps:
Put two or more scoops of ice cream in a blender
Add 3/4 cup (175 ml) cold Milk
Blend until smooth
Pour into large glass
