Ingredients
- 4 tsp (20 mL) matcha powder
- 2 tsp (10 mL) finely grated ginger root
- 1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated orange zest
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Milk
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake 1 minute and pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
