Mint Buttered Peas

- 1/4 cup (60 mL) butter
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried mint leaves crushed or fresh mint leaves diced
- 1 pkg (11 1/2 oz/350 g) frozen baby peas
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add mint and peas.
Cover and cook over medium heat, shaking pan frequently, until peas are tender. Remove lid; increase heat. Cook and stir until any excess liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
