- 1 cup (250 mL) cold Milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) canned sliced peaches drained
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) canned apricot halves drained
- 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
- of ground nutmeg

Preparation
