- DAIRY PRODUCTS
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian milk
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Canadian yogurt, vanilla
- FRUIT & CO.
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) dried dates chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) cocoa
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) peanut butter creamy or crunchy
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
