- 3 cups (750 mL) seeded, cubed watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cold Milk
- 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) lemon juice

Preparation
Place watermelon, milk, ice cream and lemon juice in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
