Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) skim Milk
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) Bran Flakes cereal
  • 1 medium ripe banana cut up
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • 2 ice cubes

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smoothly combined, about 1 minute. Chill well. Reblend before each serving.
