- 2 1/2 cups (750 mL) Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium banana quartered
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
- Strawberry Starter
- 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced frozen strawberries thawed
- Pineapple-Grapefruit Lift
- 2 cups (500 mL) Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen sweetened grapefruit juice concentrate thawed
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey
- Wake-Up Shake-Up
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) drained sliced canned peaches
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) frozen lemonade concentrate thawed

Preparation
Combine ingredients for each drink in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
