  • 1 cup (250 mL) Spinach raw
  • 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Flax Seeds Ground
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon Juice
