- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 1 cup (250 mL) Blueberry Yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) Spinach raw
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1/2 Banana
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Flax Seeds Ground
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon Juice
