Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) milk
- 2 cups (500 mL) frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey (or to taste)

Preparation
In a blender, combine milk, blueberries, yogurt and honey; purée until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
