This is the Bacon Bites recipe.

- 4 (10-inch/25 cm) tortillas
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) spicy tomato sauce or salsa
- 12 slices of bacon cooked
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) grated Canadian Cheddar cheese
Brush tortillas with tomato sauce. Cover half of each tortilla with three slices of bacon. Top with grated Canadian Cheddar cheese. Roll up each tortilla, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
20 minutes before serving, cover baking sheet with foil and preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Remove plastic wrap from tortillas and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and slice each tortilla into 8 to 10 pieces.
Place on serving platter and serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
