Baked Brie cups
Try this quick and easy Baked Brie with cranberry jam recipe for your next gathering. It's a guaranteed hit, made with simple ingredients and so quick to make!

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, semi-thawed
- 1 pinch all-purpose flour for work surface
- 190 g Canadian brie
- 12 tsp cranberry sauce or jam of your choice
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Pepper
- 1 egg yolk

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (180°C). Lightly grease a mini-muffin tin with butter.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares. Cut the Brie into 12 small pieces.
Place a piece of pastry in each cavity of the mini-muffin tin.
Garnish with 1 teaspoon of sauce or jam, 1 cube of Brie, pepper to taste
Finish by brushing a little egg yolk over the crust for a crisp, golden look.
Place in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place a small amount of cranberry jam, a few pine nuts and some fresh rosemary on top of each tartlet. Enjoy!
