Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F (180°C). Lightly grease a mini-muffin tin with butter.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.

Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares. Cut the Brie into 12 small pieces.

Place a piece of pastry in each cavity of the mini-muffin tin.

Garnish with 1 teaspoon of sauce or jam, 1 cube of Brie, pepper to taste

Finish by brushing a little egg yolk over the crust for a crisp, golden look.

Place in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place a small amount of cranberry jam, a few pine nuts and some fresh rosemary on top of each tartlet. Enjoy!
