Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk

Preparation
Bring the berries and sugar to a boil over medium heat in a large saucepan. (Use an enameled or ceramic pan rather than an aluminum or steel pan.)
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the remaining ingredients together, icluding milk, to form a pudding. Pour the pudding mixture over the berries, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min over low heat.
