This is the Burgers with Brie and Mushrooms recipe.

- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp (30 mL) melted butter
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steak spices to taste
- 5 oz (150 g) Canadian Brie cheese sliced
- 4 hamburger buns or Kaiser buns

In skillet, sauté mushrooms and onion in butter for 4 minutes. Set aside.
Form ground beef into 4 even patties and season to taste with salt, pepper and steak spices. Grill over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Just 3 minutes before burgers are done, top each one with 2 slices of Canadian Brie cheese. Heat buns on top shelf. Close lid and continue cooking.
Place burgers in warm buns and garnish with sautéed mushrooms and onion. Serve with chips.
