Cheddar mini-fondue
This is the Cheddar mini-fondue recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp (5 mL) cornstarch
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chicken broth no salt added, or apple juice
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian Mild Cheddar grated

Preparation
In a microwave-safe bowl, dilute cornstarch in chicken broth.
Add Cheddar.
Heat in microwave for about 1½ minutes.
Stir until smooth, then serve with fruit, vegetables, pieces of bread or breadsticks.
