- 8 graham crackers
- 3 oz (90 g) Canadian Brie sliced (with or without rind)
- 1 1/2 oz (45 g) dark or milk chocolate chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Arrange crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each cracker with Brie, chocolate and finish with marshmallows.
Place in the oven and cook until nicely browned, 7–10 minutes.
