Chocolate and Chia Pudding
This recipe is so easy and so tasty, you'll want to make it every day! It's an amazing way to eat a sweet breakfast. Make this chia seed pudding and indulge in the delicious combination of chocolate and peanut butter. Make it ahead and enjoy the next morning.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) chia seeds
- 1 cup (250 ml) Canadian milk
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- Assembly
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) peanut butter
- 2 squares (10 g) melted dark chocolate
- A dash of crushed peanuts
- Berries of your choice

Preparation
Mix together the chia seeds, milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla extract.
Leave to stand for 20 minutes. Pour into a blender and blend until creamy.
Pour the mixture evenly into two glasses or mini Mason jars.
Leave to set in the fridge for at least three hours or ideally overnight.
Garnish with a layer of peanut butter, followed by a layer of melted dark chocolate.
Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour to form a crunchy chocolate shell on top. Add the crushed peanuts for an extra crunch!
Serve with berries of your choice!
