Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (3 oz) smoked salmon
- 12 thin slices cucumber
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) capers
- 2 slices red onion
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh dill, minced
- 5 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) whipped Canadian cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 bagels

Preparation
Chop smoked salmon, cucumbers, capers, onions, fresh dill and bacon on a chopping board. The size of the pieces should vary according to your taste (smaller pieces or larger chunks).
Add the cream cheese, drizzle the olive oil and mix to combine. Divide into 2 portions.
Assemble by spreading the cream cheese mixture over one half of the bagels. Top with second slices, cut sandwiches in two and enjoy!
