
Cloud Smoothie
A tropical cloud smoothie that's as tasty as it is stunning! Packed with fruit, spirulina, and 100% Canadian dairy, it’s a vibrant and refreshing treat you can whip up in minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) 2% Canadian milk
- ½ cup (125 g) plain Siggi’s Skyr 3.6%, made with 100% Canadian milk (or Canadian Greek yogurt)
- 1 ½ cups (160 g) Canadian ice cream (about 2 scoops)
- ½ cup (75 g) frozen mango
- ½ cup (75 g) frozen pineapple
- ½ cup (75 g) frozen blueberries
- ½ packed cup (20 g) green kale, stems removed
- 2 tbsp (20 g) coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (7 g) spirulina powder
- Decoration
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) of plain Siggi’s Skyr 3.6%, made with 100% Canadian milk (or Canadian Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp (7 g) of spirulina
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of coconut flakes

Preparation
In a blender, add the milk, yogurt and ice cream. Add the remaining ingredients, then blend on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds, or until smooth and frothy.
To decorate, spread 5-6 tbsp of yogurt and a bit of spirulina randomly along the inside walls of the glasses to create a cloud effect.
Then pour the smoothie into the glasses. Garnish with coconut flakes for an extra indulgent touch.
