Coffee and Condensed Milk Pops

There's nothing better than cooling off with a popsicle on a hot summer's day! This recipe combines sweetened condensed milk and coffee for a tasty, gourmet summer treat! Prepare them in advance for your next craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) water 
  • 1 cup (250 ml) freshly brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Canadian sweetened condensed milk 
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) heavy Canadian cream
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) of vanilla extract

Preparation

Pour water, coffee, condensed milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract into a mixer.

Pour into popsicle molds.

Insert wooden or plastic sticks into molds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours.
