This is the Coriander & Salsa Veggie Dip recipe.

- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Canadian quark or any other fresh cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) salsa
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh coriander chopped fine
- Salt to taste
