Cottage Cheese and Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c. (250 ml) Canadian cottage cheese
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) granola
  • Optional: Canadian whipped cream

Preparation

Blend cottage cheese, 1 banana and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.

Assemble each cup :

Base layer: 1 tablespoon granola

Second layer: a few slices of banana

Third layer: pour in half the pudding

To finish: whipped cream (optional), a few slices of banana and a scoop of granola.
