Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
  • 2 green onions sliced thin
  • 4 oz (125 mL) crab meat
  • 1 cup (250 mL) bok choy finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (250 mL) grated Canadian Havarti*
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl. Add onion, crab and bok choy. Season with salt and pepper; stir well.

In ovenproof pan, heat oil over medium for 30 seconds. Add egg mixture and stir with spatula till egg starts to scramble but is still moist.

Spread Canadian Havarti on top and bake for 7 to 8 minutes in oven, or until egg is firmly set and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven, drizzle with sesame oil, serve straight out of the pan.
