This is the Cranberry & Bocconcini Gin Tonic recipe.

- 10 frozen cranberries
- 5 - 6 ice cubes
- 3 lime slices
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 Canadian Bocconcini Halved
- Lebanese cucumber slices
- 1 - 2 oz (30-60 mL) dry gin
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) tonic water

Place cranberries, ice cubes, lime and rosemary in a highball glass.
Thread Bocconcini and cucumber alternately onto a cocktail pick; add to the glass.
