Cranberry & Bocconcini Gin Tonic

Ingredients

  • 10 frozen cranberries
  • 5 - 6 ice cubes
  • 3 lime slices
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 Canadian Bocconcini Halved
  • Lebanese cucumber slices
  • 1 - 2 oz (30-60 mL) dry gin
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) tonic water

Preparation

Place cranberries, ice cubes, lime and rosemary in a highball glass.

Thread Bocconcini and cucumber alternately onto a cocktail pick; add to the glass.

Pour gin and cranberry juice into the glass and top up with tonic water.
