Cranraspberry Smoothie
Our dietitians' favouriteThis recipe is taken from the 2015 Milk Calendar. Cranberries are a tart, underused flavour-packed fruit. Combine them with raspberries and a touch of honey and the smoothie’s a winner.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) raspberry or mixed berry yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) raspberries
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey

Preparation
In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, raspberries, cranberries and honey. Purée until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses.
Tips
Use maple or agave syrup instead of honey.
Try strawberries in place of raspberries.
