- 1 cup (250 mL) cold 35 % whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) icing sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) cold coffee
- 4 scoops of coffee ice cream
- Slivered almonds toasted

Preparation
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add icing sugar and beat until stiff. Divide coffee evenly among four tall glasses.
Divide whipped cream among the glasses, making sure it touches glass all around. Top with ice cream; sprinkle with almonds.
