Crème Brûlée-style Macchiato
Two classics come together to create this delicious Crème Brûlée-style Macchiato! A gourmet coffee that looks like a dessert and that will delight all coffee lovers.

- ½ cup (100 ml) 1% Canadian milk
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) double espresso
- ½ teaspoon (3 g) brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon (3 g) cinnamon

Preparation
Froth and heat the milk in a milk frother.
Pour 80 ml of coffee into a mug.
Spoon the hot milk foam over the coffee.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the milk foam and use a blowtorch to caramelize it (like a crème brûlée).
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy !
