Ingredients

  • ½ cup (100 ml) 1% Canadian milk
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) double espresso
  • ½ teaspoon (3 g) brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon (3 g) cinnamon

Preparation

Froth and heat the milk in a milk frother.

Pour 80 ml of coffee into a mug.

Spoon the hot milk foam over the coffee.

Sprinkle the brown sugar over the milk foam and use a blowtorch to caramelize it (like a crème brûlée).

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy !
