Cretons
This is the Cretons recipe.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs (1.5 Kg) ground pork
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) Milk 1 %
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) nutmeg

Preparation
In heavy saucepan, cook ground pork, onion, garlic, milk and water over low heat for 3 hours, stirring regularly. Season to taste and add spices. Cool mixture, stirring occasionally.
Place cretons in small bowls. Keep in refrigerator or freeze.
