Dalgona Iced Lattes

Ingredients
- Dalgona Iced Latte
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) instant coffee
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) boiling water
- 1 cup (250 ml) 100% Canadian Milk
- Ice cubes (as preferred)
- Dalgona Iced Matcha Latte
- ¼ cup (60 ml) 100% Canadian heavy cream
- 2 tsp (10 ml) granulated sugar
- 2 tsp (10 ml) matcha powder
- ½ tsp (3 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (250 ml) 100% Canadian Milk
- Ice cubes (as preferred)
- Dalgona Iced Chai Latte
- ¼ cup (60 ml) 100% Canadian heavy cream
- 2 tsp (10 ml) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) instant chai powder
- 1 cup (250 ml) 100% Canadian Milk
- Ice cubes (as preferred)

Preparation
Dalgona Iced Latte
In a bowl or cup, add instant coffee, sugar and boiling water. Using a stand mixer or an electric beater, whisk the ingredients together.
Whip the mixture for about 2 minutes.
Add ice cubes, and 100% Canadian milk to a glass. Spoon the whipped coffee on top.
Dalgona Matcha Iced Latte
In a bowl or cup, add 100% Canadian heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract. Using a stand mixer or an electric beater, whisk the ingredients together.
Whip the mixture for about 2 minutes.
Gradually add in the matcha powder and keep whisking until it thickens into a soft, fluffy foam like the consistency of a whipped cream.
Add ice cubes, and 100% Canadian milk to a glass. Spoon the whipped matcha on top.
Dalgona Chai Iced Latte
In a bowl or cup, add heavy 100% Canadian heavy cream and sugar. Using a stand mixer or an electric beater, whisk the ingredients together.
Whip the mixture for about 2 minutes. Gradually add in the instant chai powder and keep whisking until it thickens into a soft, fluffy foam like the consistency of a whipped cream.
Add ice cubes, and 100% Canadian milk to a glass. Spoon the whipped chai on top.
Tips
These lattes can also be made with warm, or steamed milk.
