- Butter
- 3 to 4 deli-thin slices salami
- 1 deli-thin slice Canadian Mozzarella or Friulano cheese halved
- 4 deli-thin slices pepperoni
- 1 deli-thin slice Canadian Provolone or Brick cheese halved
- Thinly sliced green bell pepper
- Pizza sauce to taste
- Shredded lettuce

Preparation
Cut bun in half and spread butter on both sides.
Layer salami, Canadian Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Canadian Provolone cheese and green bell pepper. Add pizza sauce and lettuce. Replace top.
