- 2 oz (60 g) sliced Canadian Oka* cheese
- 2 oz (60 g) sliced Canadian Cheddar* cheese
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) applesauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup

Preparation
Toast bagel halves; butter each half. Top with Canadian Oka and Cheddar cheeses. Pour a bit of maple syrup on top and serve with applesauce.
