Egg and Cheese Burgers
This is the Egg and Cheese Burgers recipe.

Ingredients
- 5 hard-cooked eggs finely chopped
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 6 stuffed olives finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) dry mustard
- Salt to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) mayonnaise
- 4 hamburger or Egg buns
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 4 slices Canadian Brick cheese or Canadian Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Combine eggs, green onion, olives, dry mustard, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in mayonnaise.
Place a lettuce leaf on each plain or toasted bun. Spread egg mixture evenly over lettuce. Top with tomato slices and cheese.
