Fall Sweet Potato Pie
This is the Fall Sweet Potato Pie recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) mashed sweet potatoes
- 4 cups (1 L) Milk
- 2 cups (500 mL) sugar
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground nutmeg
- 2 pastry crust

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Line two pie plates with pastry. In large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour over crust.
Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 °F (180 °C) and bake for another 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Remove from oven and serve.
