Fruit Tart
This is the Fruit Tart recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 sweet tart crust
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
- A pinch salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- 2 cup (500 mL) Milk
- Fresh kiwis sliced
- Fresh strawberries sliced
- Fresh oranges sliced

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Fit sweet tart crust into pie plate and set aside.
In bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Heat milk in microwave oven at high for 2 minutes or in a skillet at low heat. Add hot milk to mixture and whip. Pour over crust and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and arrange slices of 3 different fruit in circular pattern, closely overlapping.
