Ghost Iced Latte
How fun it is to celebrate Halloween by preparing all kinds of spooky recipes! For the occasion, we've come up with these adorable lattes that look ghostly, but not at all scary. For kids or non-coffee drinkers, replace the latte with your favorite Canadian chocolate milk!

Ingredients
- Marshmallow Spread
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon
- 2 oz (60 ml) coffee
- A dozen of ice cubes
- 7 oz (200 ml) Canadian milk 2%
- Decoration (optional) :
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) caramel
- Canadian whipped cream
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) cinnamon

Preparation
Draw the ghosts on the inside of the glass:
Body: Spread marshmallow spread with a teaspoon to form the ghosts' bodies.
Eyes and mouth: Using a special erasable glass pen, draw each ghost's eyes and mouth on the outside of the glass.
Prepare the latte:
In a mug, combine sugar, pumpkin purée and cinnamon. Pour coffee over and mix.
In a tall glass, pour in the ice cubes, followed by the milk and the coffee/pumpkin purée mixture.
For extra indulgence, add whipped cream, a spoonful of caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
