Ingredients

  • 200 ml Canadian Milk
  • Fresh ginger, peeled, enough to make 2 tsp (10 ml) of juice
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) sugar

Preparation

Simmer the Canadian milk in a small pot on low heat.

Add sugar to the pot of milk and stir.

Meanwhile, grate ginger and collect the juice in a bowl.

Check temperature of the milk - when it reaches 80°C, turn heat off.

Pour the milk directly into the bowl in one swift motion.

Cover the bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
