Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp each – Jackfruit, Nata de coco (coconut gel), sweetened saba bananas, sugar palms (kaong), macapuno strips (coconut sport), red/white beans
  • 1 cup (250 ml) shaved ice
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) Canadian evaporated milk
  • 3 scoops (180 ml) Canadian Ice Cream, ube flavoured or as your prefer
  • Pinipig or frosted corn flakes

Preparation

Add a tablespoon of your preferred ingredients to a tall glass or bowl. Some of our favourites are: jackfruit, nata de coco (coconut gel), sweetened saba bananas, kaong (sugar palms), macapuno strips (coconut sport), and red/white beans.

Add one cup of shaved ice.

Drizzle Canadian evaporated milk over the ice.

Top the ice with 3 scoops of Canadian Ice Cream.

Sprinkle with pinipig or frosted corn flakes.
