Ham and Swiss cheese rolls

Ingredients
- 6 slices of Canadian Swiss cheese
- 6 slices of ham same size as the cheese slices
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) almond butter
- 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
- 1 cup (250 mL) baby arugula
- Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Place Swiss cheese slices on a work surface and cover with ham slices.
Spread almond butter and honey on top of ham slices. Season with pepper.
Place a few arugula leaves at one end of the ham and cheese slice. Roll slice up around the arugula. If needed, secure with a toothpick.
Slice each roll into 1˝ (2.5 cm) thick pieces. Arrange rolls on serving plate.
Tips
Cheese alternatives: Canadian Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gouda, Havarti.
Note: For a nice presentation, alternate using the ham and cheese for the exterior of the roll.
