Latte macchiato glacé


  • 1 espresso (45 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) caramel syrup
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) Canadian milk

Brew the espresso and let it cool completely.

Pour the caramel syrup into a glass and add 2 ice cubes.

Prepare cold milk foam and fill the glass with foam.

Pour the chilled espresso into the glass.
