Iced Maple Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) of brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of pure Canadian maple syrup
  • ½ cup (125g) of Canadian milk
  • Half a glass of ice cubes
  • Canadian whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or maple flakes for garnish (optional)

Preparation

Prepare a cup of fresh coffee using your preferred method and leave to cool for a few minutes.

Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes.

Drizzle maple syrup over the ice cubes.

Pour the cooled coffee and stir.

Froth your cold milk with a milk frother.

Pour the smooth frothed milk over the coffee.

Garnish with whipped cream (optional).

Sprinkle chocolate or maple shavings on top.

Enjoy your delicious maple iced latte!

Tips

This maple latte can also be prepared hot. Omit the ice cubes and heat your milk to your desired temperature.
